According to the National Association of Realtors 2022 home buyers and sellers survey, when asked what real estate website features they found valuable, 89% said photos. 86% said detailed information about properties–information only a Realtor can provide. Feature #3? Floor plans! 67% of all buyers said they found Floor plans to be valuable–more than virtual tours, videos and drone footage. 

When photos and floor plans are paired together, it helps potential buyers understand a property’s fit for their needs better than any other visual tool.
