Artist’s Statement:
Fresh out of a workshop with Garry Winogrand in the summer of 1976, I spent much of the mid-late 1970s doing street photography. I developed the negatives, printed some of them, and then put them in a box. Recently, I found that box and, with the perspective of 40+ years, have been gradually rediscovering them and finding gems that I missed the first time around. Here is a small sample of what I’ve digitized and printed so far.
